McLeod Health - Florence
From Marion and Myrtle Beach: Highway 76/301
From Highway 76/301 drive straight into Florence on East Palmetto Street. After driving past the Florence Regional Airport to the left, there will be a fork in the road approximately a half mile from the airport on the right. A "McLeod Health" sign sits at the fork in the road. Bear to the right of the fork in the road onto Cheves Street. McLeod Regional Medical Center will be on the right at the first light.
From Charleston/ Interstate 95
From Interstate 95 take Exit 164. After driving around the off ramp, take a left at the stop light onto Highway 52/Lucas Street. Continue east on Hwy 52 through five lights. Proceed across an overpass and the McLeod campus will be on the left. At the end of the overpass, take a left at the light onto East Cheves Street. McLeod Regional Medical Center is on the left.
From Columbia/ Interstate 20
From Interstate 20, take Exit 160 at the intersection of I-20 and I-95. After driving around the off ramp, take a left at the stop light onto Hwy 52/Lucas Street. Continue east on Hwy 52 through five lights. Proceed across an overpass and the McLeod campus will be on the left. At the end of the overpass, take a left at the light onto East Cheves Street. McLeod Regional Medical Center is on the left.
From Charlotte/ Interstate 77
From Interstate 77 pick up Interstate 20, Columbia. From Interstate 20, take Exit 160 at the intersection of I-20 and I-95. After driving around the off ramp, take a left at the stop light onto Highway 52/Lucas Street. Continue east on Hwy 52 through five lights. Proceed across an overpass and the McLeod campus will be on the left. At the end of the overpass, take a left at the light onto East Cheves Street. McLeod Regional Medical Center is on the left.
McLeod Health - Dillon
From Marion and Myrtle Beach: Highway US-501
From Highway US-501 take ramp on US-501N toward Dillon/Bennettsville for 12.92 miles. Then merge on US-501 toward Latta/Dillon and continue for 3.3 miles. Continue on S. Richardson St. (US-301) for .5 miles. Bear right to follow US-301 for 7.0 miles. Turn right on East Jackson St. McLeod-Dillon will be on the left.
From Charleston/ Interstate 95
From Interstate 95 N take Exit 190/Dillon onto Hwy 34 W (SC-34) toward Dillon for 3miles. Turn left on US-301 N for .4 miles. Turn right on East Jackson St. McLeod-Dillon will be on the left.
From Columbia/ Interstate 20
From I-20 E take Exit 141A/Fayetteville onto I-95 N for 30 miles. Take Exit 190/Dillon onto Hwy 34 W (SC-34) for 3miles. Turn left on US-301 N for .4 miles. Then turn right on East Jackson St. McLeod-Dillon will be on the left.
From Charlotte/ Interstate 77
From I-77 pick up Interstate 20 in Columbia. From I-20 take Exit 141A/Fayetteville onto I-95 N for 30 miles. Take Exit 190/Dillon onto Hwy 34 W (SC-34) for 3miles. Turn left on US-301 N for .4 miles. Then turn right on East Jackson St. McLeod-Dillon will be on the left.
From Marion and Myrtle Beach: Highway 76/301

From Marion and Myrtle Beach: Highway US 76/301
From US 76/301 bear right on E Old Marion Hwy for 5.9 miles. Turn right on N Williston Rd (SC-327 N) and continue for 3.2 miles. Then turn left on E Pocket Rd for 8.4 miles. Turn right on Cashua Ferry (SC-34). McLeod-Darlington will be on the left.
From Charleston/ Interstate 95
From Interstate 95 N take Exit 169/TV Road/Quinby/Florence and turn left on TV Road for .9 miles. Then turn left on W Pocket Rd and continue for 7.2 miles. Turn right on Cashua Ferry Rd (SC-34). McLeod-Darlington will be on the left.
From Columbia/ Interstate 20
From I-20 take exit 137/Darlington and turn left on Timmonsville Hwy for 6.3 miles. Bear right on Pearl St (SC-34) for .7 miles. Turn left to follow SC-34. Then turn right on Cashua Ferry Rd for about 2 miles. McLeod-Darlington will be on the left.
From Charlotte/ Interstate 77
From I-77 pick up Interstate 20 in Columbia. From I-20 take exit 137/Darlington and turn left on Timmonsville Hwy for 6.3 miles. Bear right on Pearl St (SC-34) for .7 miles. Turn left to follow SC-34. Then turn right on Cashua Ferry Rd for about 2 miles. McLeod-Darlington will be on the left.
