Living Well: McLeod Preferred Choice Benefits

McLeod Health has designed the Preferred Choice Benefits program to adjust and grow with employees depending on their individual benefit needs and resources.  Employees considered regular full-time (working 72-80 hours biweekly) or regular part-time (working 40-64 hours per pay period) are eligible for benefits, beginning on the first day of the month after their first day of employment.
